Supply Chain Production Planner
Support, coordinate, and manage the supply chain for a select group of parts needed to support Focus Factory Operations and Supply Chain Management.
Core Responsibilities:
Support daily operational activities within the Focus Factory to drive OEE, inventory, and customer targets across 5-15 production lines.
Coordinate production line schedules between Master Scheduling and the Focus Factory to optimize changeovers and efficiency.
Maintain physical inventory accuracy for all material types within the Focus Factory, including MRP system maintenance and cycle counting.
Use various problem-solving techniques (e.g., 5 Why) to address supply chain issues and drive permanent corrective actions (e.g., COGI, BOM, backflush).
Communicate effectively between SCM and the Focus Factory regarding production planning, material availability, and customer requirements.
Establish, implement, and maintain material flow standards and improvements within the Focus Factory.
Fully understand and utilize the MRP system and associated tools (e.g., SAP, Seguin Tools).
Basic Requirements:
Associate's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP.
Expert problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently.
High degree of integrity and discretion.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
