About the job
Owner of the product roadmap for the Product Line in China, you build-up the product solution that is able to fulfill demanding market on a technical and commercial aspects.
Continuously in touch with key players of the market, you are fully aware of customer system needs, suppliers and competitors solutions.
Using unique strengths of Vitesco / Schaeffler, you design the optimized product offer that will support the company growth on the electrification road.
What you will do
Master market intelligence
--> Maintain customer close interaction for product roadmap understanding with associated acquisition opportunities mapping
--> Lead benchmark activities
Manage Vitesco product roadmap
--> Identify need for new product solution and develop associated business case
--> Propose relevant base/platform activities (technical and commercial)
Engage in early acquisition phases
--> Promotion of company product solution
--> Identification and lead of acquisition frontloading activities (product solution + cost analysis)
--> Support sales planning
What you will need
--> More than 4 years' experience in OBC/DCDC products for PV
--> Good knowledge of key player for charging products
--> Excellent technical communication and presentation
--> High self-motivation
--> Excellent analytical skills and structured work approach
--> Capability to drive cross functional team in matrix organization
--> Experience in project development process
