About the job
You are the owner of the BD CONTROLS China product roadmaps in the area of: Motor / Engine / Drivetrain / Charger and Energy as well as Vehicle and battery controls.
Under your leadership, the team of local product and platform managers will secure the growth of the Business Division in China by drafting the product roadmaps able to fulfill demanding and dynamic market expectations on both technical and commercial aspects.
What you will do
--> Identify and consolidate the technical market trends for our products area
--> Manage business cases and define priorities and secure proper resources use to reach our business targets
--> In coordination with cross
--> Drive product competitiveness initiatives
--> Interface with customer (senior) executives to represent and promote our company products offer
--> Lead the product manager team to address the market
What you will need
--> Min 8 years in automotive market for electronic products
--> Great understanding of automotive electronic architecture
--> Min 3 years of experience in team management (> 4 HC)
--> Experience in project development process
--> Highly skilled in technical communication and presentation
--> Ability to interact well with various levels across the organization and at customer
--> Flexible and adaptive
--> Holistic view and leadership style
